The same 55 statements, answered independently by up to five leaders — because where their scores disagree is itself the finding
You should have received your access key by email immediately after purchase. Paste it below to unlock your diagnostic.

This diagnostic works because each leader answers independently, without comparing notes first. If you discuss your answers with a colleague before completing this, the comparison loses its value. Answer honestly from your own vantage point in the school — a different, equally honest answer from a colleague is not a disagreement to resolve now, it is data to bring back to the team afterwards.
This is a diagnostic, not an examination. Its only value lies in honesty. A high score obtained by generosity to yourself helps nobody; a low score honestly recorded is the most useful hour you will spend on your school this term.
| 0 | Not true at all. This does not exist in our school. |
| 1 | Barely true. Something informal exists but it is not reliable. |
| 2 | Partly true. It exists but is inconsistent, undocumented, or dependent on one person. |
| 3 | Largely true. It is in place and working, with some gaps. |
| 4 | Fully true. It is documented, consistently practised, and would survive my absence. |
Eleven domain scores out of 20 each, a total out of 220, a health band, and a priority action list generated by your three lowest domains — each linked to the chapter of the book and the workbook exercises that address it.
Time required: about one hour. Complete it in one sitting — a single sitting produces a consistent standard of judgement.
Each of the five leaders on your team uses this same link with their own access key or shared team key, and selects their own role above. Do not compare answers with colleagues before submitting — see the note above.
The pattern matters more than the total. Two schools can score 120 for entirely different reasons — one strong on finance and weak on people, the other the reverse.
| Domain | Score | Profile | Band |

Three specific readings drawn from your answers, each pointing at a different kind of fragility.
Every domain scoring below Strong, sorted by how soon it needs attention.
Built from your own three lowest-scoring domains and your risk indicators above.
These are your three lowest-scoring domains — not the areas you enjoy most, and not the ones you already do well.
If you are completing this on your own rather than as part of a five-person leadership comparison, the standard NWIEP Full School Health Diagnostic gives you the same 55-indicator assessment and 90-day plan without the team comparison step.
Optional — for those who want the documents themselves
Your three priorities above tell you what to work on. This pack contains the finished templates — eleven working documents, each supplied as an editable Word file and a print-ready PDF, so you fill them in rather than build them from nothing.
All eleven templates: Local Landscape Map · Regulatory Checklist · System Documentation Sheet · Vision, Mission and Values · Advisory Group Terms of Reference · 12-Month Cash Flow Calendar · Hiring and Induction Pack · CPD Calendar and Staff Feedback · Parent and Community Register · Fee Policy and Value Letter · Succession and Emergency Folder
The free Snapshot remains available at any time as a quick first look. This pack is optional — everything it contains can be built from scratch using the book and workbook.
Your next step as one rater of five
Your results above are one perspective on this school. They become genuinely useful once compiled alongside the other four leaders' independent answers — that is where the real finding sits, in what is agreed and what is not.
Once all five team members have completed their diagnostic and sent in their results, NWIEP will compile a Team Comparison Report showing where your leadership team agrees, where it disagrees, and what that pattern means for your priorities this term.

Copied. Now paste it into an email to Admin@nwiepglobal.com and press send.
If your email app does not open, that is normal on some computers — simply copy the message above and send it yourself.
Print this page or save it as a PDF for your records, and re-score in six months to measure what has changed.
